What do I do if I lose my debit card?
Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your card and/or PIN Number has been lost or stolen.
Report lost/stolen ATM/Debit Mastercard® or unauthorized ATM/Debit Mastercard® transactions to the Customer Support Center.

I’m going to be traveling, do I need to notify the bank?
To ensure access to your ATM/debit card is not restricted while traveling within the U.S. or internationally, you need to contact customer support at 785.457.3316 and provide the following information:
- Travel dates
- States or countries you will be in or through
- A contact number to reach you while traveling
By contacting us prior to traveling, there is less of a chance, but does not guarantee, that your card will not be declined by our fraud detection system.
